Pre-recorded on-demand video lectures and syllabus content.
Live interactive webinar sessions and masterclass broadcasts.
Verifiable, cryptographic digital certificates of course completion.
Digital course reading materials, code examples, worksheets, and templates.

2. Mode of Delivery & Turnaround Timelines

Digital delivery is automated and executed via electronic channels:

A. Course Enrollment & Dashboard Activation

Immediately upon successful transaction completion via Razorpay, your student account is activated. An automated confirmation email containing your login credentials, invoice receipt, and access links is dispatched to your registered email address within 5 to 15 minutes.

B. Live Webinars & Interactive Sessions

Webinar access tickets, join links, and calendar invites are immediately reflected in your student dashboard under "My Webinars" and emailed to you right after booking. Reminder notifications with access instructions are sent 24 hours and 1 hour prior to session commencement.

C. Digital Course Certificates

Upon successfully completing all course modules, assessments, and required project evaluations, your verifiable digital certificate is generated instantly and made available for high-resolution download from your student profile.

3. Physical Certificate Dispatch (If Applicable / Requested)

Where a program explicitly includes an optional hardcopy certificate or physical learning kit, or when a student places a verified request for a hardcopy parchment:

Processing & Dispatch Timeline: Certificates are printed, sealed, and dispatched within 7 to 10 working days following course graduation and address verification.
Courier Partners: Shipments are dispatched via reputed national logistics services (e.g., India Post Speed Post, DTDC, Delhivery, or Blue Dart).
Transit & Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination PIN code and state in India.
Consignment Tracking: A consignment tracking number and courier tracking link are sent to the student's registered email upon parcel handover.

4. Shipping Costs & Delivery Charges

Physical Delivery: Standard domestic delivery is free unless a priority courier add-on is explicitly selected during checkout, in which case exact postage charges (e.g. ₹150–₹250) will be itemized on the invoice before payment.

5. Non-Receipt of Credentials or Delivery Assistance
